Quick and easy meal prep.

High Protein Granola with Fruit

Gluten Free

Dairy Free


  • Β½ cup high protein granola (I use Nature Valley Protein Granola)
  • Fruit of choice
  • Yogurt (dairy-free if needed)
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds

Turkey & Pastrami Sandwich

Gluten Free

Dairy Free

Sandwhich details:

  • Gluten free bread
  • Oven roasted turkey, sliced
  • Pastrami, sliced
  • Lettuce
  • Pickles
  • Mustard
  • Mayo

Additional optional toppings:

  • Cheese
  • Tomatoes, sliced

S&P Chicken with Potato Wedges

Dairy Free


For the drumsticks:

  • 6 chicken drumsticks
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

For the potato wedges:

  • 5-6 small red potatoes
  • 1 tbsp avocado oil
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • Β½ tsp salt
  • Pepper, to taste


  1. Season the drumsticks with salt and pepper. Place in air fryer and bake at 400 degrees F for 20 minutes, flipping halfway through. Additionally, you can bake in the oven at 400 degrees F for about 40 minutes.
  2. While the drumsticks are cooking, cut the potatoes into wedges. Place in a large bowl and coat evenly with oil and seasonings. Bake at 400 degrees F for 30-40 minutes, until potatoes begin to crisp. Flip halfway through.
  3. Serve with your choice of vegetables. Enjoy!
